American Views of the National Forests

This study was developed by Colorado State University and the US Forest Service to help us learn how people value National Forests in Colorado and the role forests play in our society. A survey was mailed to a random sample of individuals representing people who have lived near National Forests for a long time, who have recently moved near a National Forest, and who live some distance from National Forests.
