Aquarius: A Water Allocation Model
A model for optimizing water allocation based on economic
demand functions, called Aquarius, has been
developed in cooperation with scientists at Colorado State University.
Version 97 was released in 1997 along with its description in the RM-GTR-299
publication. Since then the model it has been improved and expanded. The
latest version is available at this web site.
