Rose Valley Creek Restoration Project is located approximately seven miles north of the city of Ojai, Ventura County, California. The three artificial Rose Valley lakes are situated along Rose Valley.

Description: Union Pacific Railroad proposes to replace their existing 100' tower with a new 100' tower. A new 11' x 16' metal building would replace 2 small existing buildings. Also, a new backup power generator would be installed on a 4' x 5' foundation.
Location: UNIT - Santa Lucia Ranger District. STATE - California. COUNTY - San Luis Obispo. LEGAL - T29S, R12E, Section 20, Mt. Diablo Meridan. Approximately 6 miles west of Santa Margarita, CA in San Luis Obispo County.
