Location: UNIT - Walla Walla Ranger District. STATE - Oregon, Washington. COUNTY - Columbia, Walla Walla, Umatilla, Wallowa. LEGAL - Not Applicable. The project area is east of the City of Walla Walla situated on the west slope of the Blue Mountains and encompasses the Mill Creek Municipal Watershed .
