Location: UNIT - Potomac Ranger District. STATE - West Virginia. COUNTY - Pendleton, Randolph. LEGAL - Not Applicable. The project area is located in Randolph and Pendleton Counties, WV, adjacent to the recent Spruce Mountain GMA EA project area, near the town of Osceola, WV.
