For range seeding, the rangeland drill is the machine of choice. It scuffs the ground, creates a furrow, and drags dirt over the seed. MTDC was asked to investigate improvements for the existing rangeland drill. This tech tip gives some recommendations for calibration, setup, and operation of the rangeland drill.
