Collecting recreation fees has long been part of the work of Forest Service employees. Over the course of a day, designated fee collectors pick up money in the field. But there is more to being a fee collection officer than simply collecting and securing the money.
The goals of this DVD are to raise employees' awareness about the hazards and dangers they may face when collecting fees. During this program, experienced fee collectors talk about ways they do their job while protecting their personal safety.
This DVD has three parts:

Two videos from the "Personal Safety in Remote Work Locations" program (0867-2D07-MTDC) supplement the training. Both videos ("General Awareness" and "Avoiding Trouble") are included in this DVD.
