The goal of this training program is to protect the personal safety of frontliners' by raising their awareness of the hazards and dangers they may face while working in Forest Service front offices. The program was built using the knowledge and skills of experienced frontliners. It includes four parts:
- Securing the Front Office
- Dealing with Upset and Angry Visitors
- Safely Collecting Money
- Dealing with Bomb and Anthrax Threats
