The training program raises frontliners' awareness to the hazards and dangers they may face while working in Forest Service front offices and helps them protect their personal safety. This program was built from the knowledge and skills of experienced frontliners.

Information is presented using Adobe's Flash software to combine film and text. There are four parts:

• Dealing with Bomb and Anthrax Threats
