Details about the current unit:
  • holds 3000 gallons

  • the tank is made out of aluminum

  • compressor stays at the base

  • achieves coverage levels up to 4 gpc

  • stores air at 1200 psi

  • capable of releasing a full load in less than 7 seconds

  • loads can be divided into thirds

  • operates with the cargo ramp down
Details about the new unit:
  • holds 3600 gallons for the E & H model

  • the tank is made out of carbon fiber

  • includes an onboard compressor

  • achieves all coverage levels up to 8 gpc

  • stores 394 pounds of air at 1450 psi

  • capable of releasing a full load in less than 7 seconds

  • loads can be divided into eighths, quarters and halves

  • operates with the cargo ramp closed

  • has an onboard, 160-gallon tank for foam and chlorinated agents
