To help law enforcement, remember:

• Exasperation
• what the robber says
• what weapons are used
• the robber’s description including any distinguishing characteristics, such as scars, tattoos, or accents
• the vehicle’s description and license number, direction of travel, and if there were other individuals, pets, or other identifying items in the vehicle

After the robbery, call 911 immediately. If in the office, lock the doors, and do not touch anything.
