2003 USDA Forest Service Engineering Technician of the Year

SDTDC mechanical engineering technician Joseph D. Fleming was selected as Engineering Technician of the Year as part of the 2003 Engineer of the Year awards. Fleming was honored in Washington, DC at the U.S. Department of Agriculture 2003 Forest Service Engineer of the Year award luncheon on April 5, 2004. Director of Engineering Vaughn Stokes presented a special plaque and cash award to Fleming.
