Sometimes
tent stoves used for warmth and cooking cause accidental tent fires. "Sheepherder
Stove" (0651–1305P–SDTDC)
discusses the potential that sparks from these stoves could start fires. Test
results explain which size spark arrester screen provides the best balance
between reducing embers and allowing optimal stove performance.
