The Web-based
training program "Methamphetamine in
the Forests: Safety and
Awareness Training" (0767–2W04–MTDC) Web-based
training program is designed
to build awareness about the
hazards of meth labs, waste,
and users in the national
forests and to offer some
commonsense suggestions
that can help Forest Service
employees stay safe.
The information is presented using Adobe's Flash software to combine a variety of media in a way that allows viewers to interact with the material. Any of the content in the presentation can be used in training settings or as a resource while preparing other training programs. A PowerPoint presentation "MethAwareness" covers the program's major topics in abbreviated form and also includes speaker's notes.
