The goal of this training DVD is to raise firefighters' awareness of the importance of cohesion and how cohesion can help firefighters avoid entrapment. To meet this goal, the video is designed to stimulate discussions. Current leaders of firefighters or those who will become leaders are the primary audience for this program. However, other firefighters can benefit from viewing the program because they too have opportunities to promote cohesion among firefighters.
