Before students watch the stories in a section, ask them to look for the commonsense work practices leaders used to build, maintain, or restore cohesion. You may want to encourage students to jot down or underline the work practices in their transcripts while they are viewing the video. Also, ask students to be prepared to discuss how the leader's work practices could have reduced the chances of entrapment by increasing situational awareness and confidence in the leader.
