Multi-Employer Worksites

Contractors are defined as:

Any person or business secured by written formal agreement to perform short or long-term work for the Forest Service.

With respect to this definition, references to “Contractor” shall also include subcontractors, third party Contractors, and Inspectors (such as customer contract personnel and other contract personnel) that may have an effect on worksite safety.
