Emergency/Evacuation Procedures (29 CFR 1910.38)

If any contract employee who suspects that an emergency condition exists, they shall immediately contact the worksite supervisor, COR, or local authorities (call 911 or the particular emergency number in your area). These procedures should be included in the Contractor’s safety plan.
