A Safety Plan

Safety Plan—This is a site/job specific safety plan that identifies workplace hazards and measures taken by the employer to ensure safety on the job. This plan is similar to the Forest Service job hazard analysis (JHA).

Safety plans often include hazard communication and emergency contact information, as well as schedule of tailgate meetings and other safety topics.
