Right-Of-Way/Road-Side Work

Employees working in a public road right-of-way or otherwise exposed to vehicular traffic shall be provided and instructed to wear warning vests marked with, or made of, reflective or highly visible material. Some states have established statute on the type of warning vests to be worn. Contact the local road maintenance agency for area statutes in effect.
