Forest Service Collateral Duty Safety Officer's Roadmap

The huge task of learning to manage a unit safety program can be overwhelming. To help field occupational safety and health managers train newly appointed collateral duty S&H officers, a "roadmap" has been developed. This document, Forest Service Collateral Duty Safety and Health Officer's (CDSO) Roadmap, establishes and recommends a "time-line" approach for assisting with training of newly appointed collateral duty safety and health personnel.
