Metric Conversions was derived from the publication "Metric Conversions for Foresters," by Edwin S. Miyata, Helmuth M. Steinhilb, and Lynne A. Coyer, USDA Forest Service, North Central Forest Experiment Station, St. Paul, Minnesota (originally published in 1981).
