Pine Ridge Job Corps students and staff honor the sacrifice of America’s fallen soldiers

For Americans, Memorial Day tradition marks the beginning of summer but more importantly it serves as an opportunity to remember the fallen soldiers of the Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and Navy. On Friday, May 22, 2020, Pine Ridge Job Corps students Matt Foster, Brian Morris, and Nathan Latture, along with staff members Riley Clark, Dave Jones, Loren Kickland, Clint Merchen, and Marc Fisher, flags along Main Street and Highway 20 in Chadron, Nebraska to honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to preserve the freedoms that Americans enjoy. The students and staff also placed hundreds of flags on every Veterans’ and wives of Veterans’ headstone, at Chadron’s Greenwood Cemetery.
