Explosives and Exploding Targets Prohibition Order 06-00-00-22-01

This order is in place to protect public health and safety, reduce the likelihood of wildfires and the loss of property, and to provide the public consistent public health and safety guidelines in the Pacific Northwest Region in alignment with similar State and local laws and regulations.

Forest Order # 06-12-01-21-10 Road Closures on FS 1861

FSR 1861000 has two segments affected by this closure. Both segments are located on the Siuslaw National Forest. One segment in Lincoln County, Oregon, within Township 6S, Range 10W, Sections 26. Second segment in Tillamook County, Oregon, within Township 6S, Range 10W, Section 7 and Township 6S, Range 11W, Sections 11 and 12. FSR 1861000 closures are from milepost 0.0 to 1.55 and 7.3 to 11.33. See Exhibits A, B, and C. 

Forest Order #06-12-00-21-02 Alcohol Prohibition

This order prohibits possessing a beverage which is defined as an alcohol beverage by State law. For the purposes of this section, possession of alcoholic beverage includes: containment within a motor vehicle, tent, or other structure, by the owner, operator, or other person, having the authority or control of this location 36 CFR

The closure area consists of all lands - including dispersed off highway vehicle campsites, on the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area and Sand Lake Recreation Area.

Forest Order #06-12-00-21-03 Camping Prohibitions

This order specifies camping and parking prohibitions, including camping duration limits, number of vehicles allowed, and locations where camping is not permited.

Forest Order 06-12-04-21-04 Western Snowy Plover Special Closure

This order designates Snowy plover dry sand closure areas. The following is prohibited in these areas:

(1) Going into or being upon the Snowy Plover Dry Sand Closure Area.

(2) Landing of aircraft, or dropping or picking up any material, supplies, or person by means of an aircraft, including a helicopter, within the Snowy Plover Dry Sand Closure Area.
