Due to recent snow and continued rain in the forecast, the Black Hills National Forest will delay opening of certain seasonally closed roads. Seasonally closed roads generally open on May 15th each year but concern for resource damage due to current and expected conditions will delay the opening date. http://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/blackhills/news-events/?cid=STELPRD3838093
