The 36 Pit fire is located on the Clackamas River Ranger District just off of Highway 224 a few miles southeast of Estacada, OR. A fire area closure order is in effect. Click to view the forest order.

Current Fire Restrictions

The Mt. Hood NF has now lifted Forest Order MH-2014-07 limiting off-road vehicle use, use of internal combustion engines not covered under IFPL, smoking, and campfires in the area north of Hwy 26 and east of Hwy 35.
