Kootenai Creek Trailhead

Kootenai Creek Trailhead has adequate parking for both cars and trailers. It offers access to Kootenai Creek Trail #53 and the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness. Facilities include a vault toilet, hitching rails and a stock ramp.

Stay on main trail for approximately the first 1/2 mile. The trail runs through private land, please respect property boundaries of the owner.

Directions

From Stevensville take the Stevi cut-off road to Highway 93. Travel north 3/4 of a mile and turn west (left) onto Kootenai Creek Rd. Travel approximately 2 miles to the end and the trailhead.
