Hogback Homestead
The Hogback Homestead, a fully furnished two story log cabin, is situated on approximately five acres along Hogback Creek. It has three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room. It is heated with a wood stove and is equipped with propane lights and cook stove. This homestead, built in 1917 as a permanent home, provides renters an opportunity to experience the setting and lifestyle of the early 1900s.

Directions
From Interstate 90 take the Rock Creek Road (exit #126) south for 29 miles OR follow Scenic Highway 1 south to Philipsburg. 1 mile before Philipsburg, turn right (west) onto State Road #348. Travel 13 miles, cross Rock Creek and turn right (north) onto Rock Creek Road #102. Travel 10 miles north to the Hogback Homestead. Access via the Drummond (Highway 1) exit is regularly plowed within 2 miles of the cabin. Four-wheel drive with chains, skis or snowshoes are recommended for early spring and late fall access.
