Devil's Canyon

Devil's Canyon south of Idaho Spring offers a small network of roads for OHV opportunities. You must enter and leave at the same place. This road crosses several meadows and goes through an area that was burned in a forest fire years ago. The area offers good views of Mount Blue Sky, Devil's Canyon and Chicago Creek. Dispersed camping is also popular.

General Information

The area is closed to motorized vehicles from December 15 -June 16 to minimize disturbances during the elk calving season.
