Green Ridge Campground

The Green Ridge Campground is located on beautiful Shadow Mountain Reservoir, southwest of Grand Lake. Visitors enjoy the area for its great boating, fishing and hiking opportunities. The campground offers 79 non-electric sites that will accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Picnic tables, campfire rings and tent pads are provided, as are flush and vault toilets and drinking water. There is also a boat ramp and dock in the campground. The campground is situated between the southern shore of Shadow Mountain Reservoir and the banks of the Colorado River. 

Current Conditions
Visitors may expect construction related noise as well as some traffic, and trail access changes near the Green Ridge Campground mid-August through late-September 2025.

A single site may hold up to eight people. Double sites will accommodate more people. Tents must fit on the pads provided. RVs, trailers or other vehicles must fit on the parking spur. Driving or parking off road is not permitted. The parking length ranges from 25' - 35'.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $29 per night
Double Site: $58 per night
Triple Site: $88 per night

Directions

The campground is located in the Arapaho National Recreation Area (ANRA), 12 miles northwest of Granby on U.S. Highway 34, two miles east on County Road 66, Forest Road 274 (on Shadow Mountain Lake).
