Bruce's Parking Lot
With access to the popular 1D Bruce's Trail cross country ski trail, this parking lot is full on the weekends in the early season. Snowshoers and fat bikes are allowed, but please travel parallel to the ski track and not in them. Please follow all guidelines posted at the trailhead.
Grooming is done by volunteers of Steamboat Springs Nordic Council in the early season. Dogs are not allowed on groomed trails. Located in the Steamboat Springs Area and managed by the Hahns Peak/Bears Ears Ranger District. Plowing is done by Colorado Department of Transportation.

Directions
From Steamboat Springs, travel east on US Hwy 40, up Rabbit Ears Pass. The parking lot is located on the north side of road.
