Curtis Gulch Campground

Curtis Gulch Campground is located at 6600' elevation at the end of Forest Road 658, about 4 miles inside the forest boundary. It has 6 campsites with picnic tables, toilets, fire grates and drinking water along scenic La Bonte Creek and La Bonte Canyon. Open season is mid-May to early November. Campground host on-site. 

Please be advised that this campground will be undergoing continual improvements to increase campsites for larger campers.

General Information

June - October

Wyoming State OHV stickers are required for driving any Forest Service OHV trails.

No horses in the campground. Vehicles are limited to 2 in a single site, 4 in a double and 8 in a group. A vehicle is considered anything with wheels and an axle that takes up space on a camp spur. Examples include, but are not limited to, motorhomes, camper trailers, box trailers, utility trailers, trucks, cars, SUVs, ATVs.

Day Use:
$10 per day
Overnight use:
Single Site: $14 per night

Dogs must be kept on a leash.

From Douglas, travel 20 miles southwest on State Hwy. 91, 14 miles south on County Road 16 and 4 miles east on Forest Road 658.
