Summit Creek Guard Station
Summit Creek Guard Station was built in 1912 and is on the National Register of Historic- Places. It is located approximately 34 miles north of Steamboat Springs, CO. Has scenic views, road access, parking, fire ring, non-potable water, vault toilet, flush toilet and shower, kitchen sink, electric lights, electricity, 2 bunk beds and a full bed, propane heater and refrigerator, table, chairs, kitchen supplies and picnic table. Guests must provide their own potable water.
