Graham Gulch
Graham Gulch Trail is located approximately three miles west of Everett or six miles west of the town of Twin Lakes. It follows an old logging road along the high mountain valley south of Independence Pass off of Colorado Hwy 82. All along the way (3-miles), you will spot saddle-notched platforms that look like cabin foundations. In fact these are old timber landings, upon which logs were stacked to await shipment. Logging began here as early as the 1880s, during the boom years of mining in Independence and Twin Lakes townsites.
The beginning of this trail is near private property. Please stay on the trail and be respectful of private property.
