Los Pinos Trailhead - Trail # 736

The Los Pinos trail is 3.2 miles long. It begins at Forest Road 118 and ends at Forest Trail 733b/725. The trail gives access to the upper reaches of the Rio de los Pinos, a popular fishing stream. It is near the Trujillo Meadows campground, offering campers and ideal day hike to the alpine country of Jarosa Mesa. Red Lake is easily reached by this trail. The trail is open for the following uses: Horseback riding, hiking, and backpacking.
