Piedra Lisa/La Luz Link 137C

Piedra Lisa/La Luz Link 137C is 0.5 mile long and forms a connector trail between La Luz Trail and Piedra Lisa Trail. It is a nice hike, especially on a summer morning or evening. This link trail ends at the Peidra Lisa South Trailhead, from which the southern entry to Piedra Lisa Trail 135 begins.

Requires a fee or an amenity fee/pass Only IF you park at the La Luz Trailhead parking area. If you do not have a pass, look for the Pay Station. Envelopes for payment are in the box next to the fee tube. CASH OR CHECK ONLY at pay station. The cost is $5.00 per vehicle for 1 day.

  • If you have a current America the Beautiful Interagency Annual, Access, Senior, Military or Every Kid Outdoors pass, please display it on your dashboard or hang it on your rearview mirror as directed when purchased.
  • The fee for 15+ passenger, vans and buses is $10 per vehicle.

Piedra Lisa South Trailhead: There are No bathrooms at this lot. There is no fee for this trailhead parking area.

Take Tramway Blvd and turn onto Forest Road 333 (there is a sign for Juan Tabo Picnic area and La Luz Trail at the turn), turn east toward the mountain, and follow Forest Road 333 until it turns into a dirt road. (To your right, you will see two rock pillars). Continue straight onto the dirt road for about 0.4 miles. Look to your left and you will see the Piedra Lisa South Trailhead dirt parking area.

La Luz Trailhead: There Are bathrooms at this lot. There is a fee for this trailhead parking area.

Take Tramway Blvd and drive to Forest Road 333, (there is a sign for Juan Tabo Picnic area and La Luz Trail at the turn). Turn east toward the mountain and follow Forest Road 333 until you see two rock pillars to your right. Go through the pillars and continue on the paved road which leads to the La Luz Trailhead parking lot.
