Brown Canyon Ranch

Brown Canyon Ranch offers a glimpse back in time and ample opportunities for an enjoyable day with the family.  Located on the northeastern flanks of the Huachuca Mountains just outside Sierra Vista, this historic site is set in a scenic grassland with oak and juniper trees and panoramic mountain views.  Visitors can tour the historic ranch house, have a picnic under shady cottonwood trees, stroll along the pathway around the pond, and hike nearby trails into Miller Peak Wilderness.

Day-use: $8 per vehicle Weekly: $10 per vehicle Buy a pass online, or purchase a pass on site with cash or check. Proof of payment, or a valid Coronado National Forest Annual Pass or Interagency (America the Beautiful) Pass, including the Annual, Senior, Access, or Military Pass, must be displayed on the driver's side of vehicle dashboard. Directions

From State Route 92 and Ramsey Vista Road in Sierra Vista, drive west on Ramsey Vista Road for approximately 2 miles.  Look for a sign for the Brown Canyon Ranch turnoff, and then turn right (north) and drive 1 mile to the site.
