Deerhead Campground

Deerhead Campground offers 19 sites and is very close to the Village of Cloudcroft. Access to the Rim Trail (T105) trailhead is just across the street. Tables, fire rings, pedestal grills parking spurs, toilets, central garbage depository are all available at this campground.

Opens April 11 - Closure October 12 (Subject to change).

Discounts for National Parks Lifetime Senior and Access passes honored.

Stay limit 14 days, 20 sites, no RV's >25'

Campsite: $32 per night for single unit. $10 per night for each additional vehicle
Showers $7.00 (available at near by Silver Overflow Campground)
Water: Free if camping or 5 gallons free. $0.30 per gallon after that
Trash: Free if camping or $3 per bag per day
Firewood (if available): $9 per bag/bundle

Directions

From the west side of Cloudcroft, turn south onto NM130 and travel 1 mile. The campground entrance will be on your right just past the turnoff to the Ranger Station.
