King's Wave Kayak Access
The King's Wave Kayak Access is a day use only highway turnout parking area with a trail leading down to the kayak surf wave called King's Wave. It is located off of Highway 89 south of Hoback Junction just past the Boy Scout Camp. The parking area is bordered by a fence and a small trail sign points visitors towards the access trail to the river. The trail itself begins as dirt and then reaches 3 sets of wooden stairs that lead to the river’s edge. No facilities are located on site. Parking area is large enough for trailer turnaround. No cellular service is available, although it does begin close by in Hoback Junction. Driving time from Jackson is approximately 20 minutes.

Directions
Starting from the Town of Jackson, Wyoming, head southwest on United States Highway 189 (US-189) for about 13 miles. At the roundabout in Hoback Junction, take the first exit to proceed on US-26 East (US-89 South) for 1 mile, where you will finish at King’s Wave Kayak Access on the left.
