Miner's Park Interpretive
Overview
The Miner's Park Interpretive Area shows what life was like for the early gold miners of the Bullion Canyon Drainage. As early as 1865 this canyon has drawn thousands of gold seekers, giving Bullion Canyon the nickname 'Canyon of Gold'. Gold flecks can still be found in the creek that weaves its way through this gorgeous canyon. Pay attention to the Forest Service Road that leads to Miner's Park as you will pass by separate stops that illustrate the life of a miner. ATV access is limited strictly from the forest boundary to Miner's Park. This road will lead you to a horse and foot trail #074, Bullion Falls Trailhead.
