Rock Canyon Trailhead
Overview
The Rock Canyon Trailhead is located south of Group Unit C in the Maple Grove Campground. Parking in the campground is subject to fees for site occupancy. Free parking is available outside of the campground on the north side. The trail is very steep and strenuous over loose footing and rocky slopes.

General Information
- Pets must be leashed at all times within this recreation area. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors and to protect wildlife.
- Clean up dog waste and dispose of it properly.
- Keep dogs from chasing, harassing, and disturbing wildlife, livestock or other visitors
- Yield to other hikers, horses, and other trail users by stepping off the trail and controlling your dog

Directions
The Rock Canyon Trailhead is located inside Maple Grove campground at Group Unit C. Maple Grove campground is located 19 miles south of Scipio, Utah, on US-50. Take US-50 south out of Scipio for 15.1 miles. Turn west on county road 3300 (Maple Grove Road) and proceed 4 miles to the campground. Group Unit C.

Free parking is located on the north side of Maple Grove Campground outside the facility gate. *Parking inside the campground is subject to fees for occupancy of a site.

Potable water is available at the Maple Grove Campground. The trailhead does not have a dedicated water source for users.
Horse/Pack Animal Information
Horse/Pack animals are allowed at this site.
Horses and pack animals are permitted outside of the campground. Access to the trail with horses by trailing south along the east campground fence to the trailhead.

- Use weed-free hay to prevent invasive species
- Tie horses to trees in a way that won't damage the tree
