Twin Creek Campground & Group Picnic

5100-foot elevation. 40 campsites near the North Fork of the Salmon River. Fishing in the river and in Twin Creek. Loop hike on trails #108 & #109. Historical monument marks the Lewis and Clark National Historical Trail. There are no garbage services at the campground or pavilion.

The following passes are good for 50% reduction in camping fees: SENIOR PASS – Information and Purchase @: https://store.usgs.gov/senior-pass-alternate.  Must be purchased in person with proof of age such as driver’s license. ACCESS PASS – Available FREE of charge to US citizens that have been medically determined to have a permanent disability that severely limits one or more major life activities.  Must be maintained in person with written proof of disability. 

$10 per night for single unit is charged for overnight use of CAMPGROUND $20 per day for reserving/use of the GROUP PICNIC AREA

Directions

Twin Creek Campground Group Camping Site can be accessed from two directions on Highway 93. From North Fork, Idaho, travel 15 miles north on US 93, turn left on Forest Road 156 and travel an additional .5 miles. Turn left into the Group Camping Site. From the top of Lost Trail Pass travel 8.5 miles south on US 93, turn right on Forest Road 156, travel an additional .5 miles and turn left into the Group Camping Site.
