Abbott Campground
Abbott Campground is a semi-primitive, non-reservation, campground with 7 single campsites and 2 double campsites. This campground is located on the South Fork of the Boise River with campsite located within a stand of towering Ponderosa pine trees. Campground amenities include picnic tables, utility tables, fire rings, and two vault toilet style restrooms. Tubing and fishing are popular activities. There is a footbridge located on the west end of the camping area that crosses the river and accesses the Abbott Gulch area.
Reservations
General Information
Campsites must be occupied each night and pets must be leashed. UTVs, ATVs, and motorcycles are allowed to be ridden in and out of the campground only.
May 15 - October 31
Standard operating season is mid-May though October, but can be seasonally dependent.
Pets must be leashed in the campground. All camp fires must be attended.
Overnight Use:
Single Site: $6 per night
Double Site: $12 per night
Fees are charged from mid-May until October 31. $6.00 per night for single sites, $12.00 per night for double sites.

Directions
From Highway 20, travel north on Forest Highway 61 (Pine-Featherville Road) approximately 30 miles to the town of Featherville. From there, travel east on Forest Road 227 approximately 2 miles to Abbott Campground.
