North Peak Trail #089
USGS QUAD(S): Nebo Basin The trail follows the fence line at the trailhead and climbs steadily for nearly the entire distance, passing through conifer stands and meadows. Much of the trail is on a ridge, but there are some steep and rocky switchbacks. The trail is challenging and rugged at times, offering amazing views of the Mount Nebo Wilderness. The trail leads to North Peak and then drops down into Wolf Pass where a non-maintained trail leads to the summit of Mount Nebo at 11,928 elevation.
