East Fork Campground

This large campground with 133 campsites is located along Rock Creek. Many of the sites are under tall trees, some sites along the creek. This campground is proximal to the East Fork picnic and hiking area.

General Information

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

The America the Beautiful Access and Senior Passes are honored here for 1/2 price camping.

Maximum stay 14 days. Active bear area. All food must be secured overnight and when not attended; bear boxes are provided and must be used (typical bear box size 48" x 30" x 36").  Max RV length 35'. Always keep a clean camp and do not feed wildlife.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $35 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $10 per vehicle per night

Dogs must be leashed in all developed recreation sites.

Directions

From Mammoth Lakes go south on US 395 for approximately 13 miles. Take the Tom's Place exit and follow Rock Creek Road for about five miles. From Bishop go north on US 395 for about 30 miles. Take the Tom's Place exit and follow Rock Creek Road for about five miles. The campground will be on the left.
