William Kent Campground

William Kent Campground is located on the West Shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe. The campground sites are surrounded by big pine and fir trees. A day use area is located across the street from the campground for lake access activities. William Kent Campground is on Forest Service land and is operated by the private concessionaire, California Land Management.

Current Conditions
No Restrooms or Trash Service When Closed; Campfires (wood, charcoal or other solid fuels) only permitted within permanent, iron fire rings when the campground is open.

Check in: 2:00 p.m.; Check-out: 12:00 p.m.

All campers must register with camp host. Six people per site. Quiet hours 10pm to 6am. $5.00 fee for extra vehicles collected at campground. No showers. No pets on beaches. Pet rules strictly enforced. Max 2 pets per site. No hunting or chain saw use. No refunds for bad weather.

Single Site: $42 per night
Cabin or Yurt: $116 per night
Additional Holiday Fee: $2 per night
