Plaskett Creek Campground

Campsites nestled among large Monterey Pines. Walking distance to San Dollar Beach and the Willet hiking trail. There are 44 campsites. (2 campsites) are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Large amounts of Poison Oak may be found on area trails. Please be careful.

In campgrounds and picnic areas, dogs must be kept on a leash. Dogs must wear a collar with current tags at all times, as state and county laws apply on National Forest System lands.

General Information

Campground check-in time: 3:00pm, check-out time: 12:00 noon. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am. 

Interagency Senior and Access Pass entitle pass holder to 50% off camping fees only. Not valid for day use within campground or extra vehicles.

14 day maximum stay.

$45.00 per night. Sites accommodate 6-8 people and 2 vehicles allowed per site (one vehicle is included in the price of the campsite). Each additional vehicle is $10.00 per night. Bike or walk-in camping fee is $5.00 per person. Interagency Senior and Access Pass entitle pass holder to 50% off camping fees only. Not valid for day use within campground or extra vehicles.

Directions

Take Highway 1, 35 miles North of San Simeon State Park. Campground is just off Highway 1 on the inland side of the highway and 60 miles south of Carmel.
