Picnicking
The Modoc National Forest has several designated picnic areas for day use. All picnic areas close at 10pm. Overnight stays and overnight parking in picnic areas is prohibited, however, day use in all free campgrounds is allowed until 10 pm. Check the rules and fee information at the entrance bulletin board for details.
