Coyote Wall Trail (#4428)

The trail was realigned away from the cliffs in accordance with the 2011 Catherine Creek, Coyote Wall, and Burdoin Mountain Recreation Plan. The new trail is designed for mountain bike use but open to bikers and hikers year-round; equestrian use is permitted from May 1 to November 30.

Please keep your dogs on leash on this trail from December 1 to June 30 and respect signs indicating trail rehabilitation areas and sites where side "user" trails are being decommissioned to protect sensitive plants and wildlife.

  • Dogs must be on leash December 1 through June 30.
  • Horses are only allowed on the trail May 1 to November 30.

Directions

Coyote Wall Trailhead: From Bingen, WA travel east on Washington State Highway 14 approximately 3 miles to milepost 69.7, Courtney Road. The trailhead is just off the highway on the east side of Courtney road.  Please park in designated parking spots only and not along Courtney Road or Highway 14.
