NoaNet Fiber Optic Cable Permit Issuance
Issue a special use permit(s) authorizing the installation of aerial and buried fiber optic cable across NFS lands. 65 miles would be installed on the Colville NF and 2 miles on the Oka-Wen NF. Poles will be used where available.
